Common QA
Use the pairing steps for the exact model. If the light does not blink after the specified power cycle and button hold, record a short video showing the wall switch, remote button, and fixture response. Support can then identify whether the remote, receiver, or model instructions need to be checked.
Confirm the remote battery, fan-speed buttons, and any receiver pairing steps in the manual. If only one function fails, include a video and the product model so support can separate setup issues from part issues.
Turn power off first. Disassembly differs by model, so do not force the blade or cage assembly. Send a product photo and model number if the manual does not clearly show how the blade area should be accessed.
Flush mount fan lights are designed for spaces where a downrod fan would sit too low. Check total fixture height, room size, and ceiling box condition before installation.
